To ensure your trip planning stays on schedule, please aim to respond to my messages within 48 hours. It’s always a good idea to start planning 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak travel times like spring break, holidays, or high-demand destinations. For custom itineraries, we recommend starting at least 2-3 months before your departure, but I can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.

However, if you're planning a destination wedding or a safari, I recommend starting at least 12-18 months in advance to secure the best locations, vendors, and availability.
